Well I went on an adventure ride on Sunday. Just got a new KTM 530 EXC with the all important license plate. Rode from my house and did about 300 miles. Rode some of the most intense single track I have ever been on. Once in a lifetime ride.

The stainless wear ring on my back up boat pump has swolen and froze the impellor. Was working great until it sat for a couple months. Is there a 'Back yard' fix for this? Or should I send it off to have a new liner put in.

I got a 98 Sj and was putting the water box back in when I found out something inside has broken loose and is clanking around on the inside. I assume it is a bafle. Any way to get it out with out cutting the thing open? Is it OK to just run it the way it is? Thanks
