Does anyone know the difference between a pre 1990 throttle cable and a post 1990 throttle cable for the 650sx? So far it seems like the only difference is $40... Any insight would be great. Thanks *Update* The L at the end is slightly different and may not work on a stock carb setup

I just put in a new mikuni 44 mm carb and now there is a light ticking noise when I ride. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be from? Thanks

I'm new here (as you can see from my post count) and I am also new to Standup Jetskiiing and freestyle. I just got a Kawasaki 650SX and after a few searches, I have heard some comments implying the fact that the older Kawi 650SX isn't very good. Is this true? Is this going to happen?:splatt:
