got bored of trying to find a cheaper option than the 1100$ custom ones. My background. Im a welder fab guy by trade it's right up my ally. Took about 2.5 hours to build. It's 4" shorter that stock. Need to figure out a chin pan.

got bored and would like a shorter pole on my 94 750sx. So started building one. After about 2.5 hours I got one built. Now to figure out how to do the spring or to leave out the spring and run a real snug bolt.

does it work. If so what's it take?

so I work at a machine shop. I can setup my head to mill it off and get it back flat for sure. How much can I take off? If it's been asked I'm sorry I didn't see it on my search. Thanks
