looking to get the McMaster lord mount for the b pipe. Anyone have the part number or size? does the McMaster lord mounts come with the nuts and washer? Thanks
I bought this Bpipe for my Blaster. Since they don't make them anymore, I had to take what I could get. It was corroded and pitted and had holes from salt corrosion. I had Braap werks( on facebook.) restore it.. He sandblasted. welded holes, and powder coated.. Now, It looks better than new...
Saw this on facebook. Anyone do this to their trailer? Is the wiring as easy as tapping the marker lights and grounding the black wire? Might give this a try..
I finally got out on some smooth water today and notice a momentary blip hesitation anywhere from 3/4 up. I tried richening screw to get rid of it and even leaning it (thinking I was bogging from being too rich). from 2 1/2 out to 1/2 really no difference. So I am thinking a have a fuel delivery...
Just opened up my hooker 10/16 impeller for my stage 2 718cc jetmaniacs motor. Once again. from floirda to chicago in two days and cheaper than impros.. That is one sick impellar. makes my solas I look like a play toy.. LOL How does that big hub help? It's a ton bigger..
Got my jetmaniacs stage ported engine broken in and does it rip. I know the factory limited pipe is for low end and the mod pipe for mid to high rpm. Right now I have a riva red pipe. Which is more comparable to the rrp? So I can make a good decision in which pipe to get. This 718cc stage 2...
Which is the perfered gasket sealer for the dreaded red pipe.. I've seen permatex black which is supposed to be good for high oil situations. Is that better the threebond 1211 or yamabond.. Which is the best for this application?
I have new engine coming. so in preparation I have taking the carbs apart to clean and replace worn parts and noticed the diaphragms are stretched(warped looking). Is the replacement to new diaphragms going to affect the jetting. Just wondering cause my ski seems way richer than stock...
i got a nice engine coming from jetmaniacs. I'm looking to paint flywheel cover and intake manifold and riva red pipe. I plan on using high heat auto paint for the pipe. What's the best paint for flywheel cover and intake manifold? Same stuff? Thanks.
Just another five star purchase from jetmaniac. Got new parts for the blaster in like two days including a sat. He got that stuff to me so quickly with great prices and great technical tips. He has really taken care of me. Thanks Again
What can be causing the carbs to load up after shutting engine off. I have to hold throttle full open to start. I am trying to get this thing tuned in. One thing bad about these taper bores is that I have no one to compare to. I tried increasing pop off to 32 and it was too lean on the low end...
I have a extremely rough engine at about a 1/4 throttle. Is that normal for a blaster. It doesn't smooth out until mid throttle.. Just wondering? I tried checking close to make sure my carbs are both closing at same time. a did adjust a tiny bit.. Is that the only thing to check for that.. Thanks
Can anyone tell me the procedure after you get water in the gas tank because you were too in a hurry and forgot to put gas cap on. I'm sure the first thing is empty the tank... Is there anything I have to do with carbs and motor. I did run it and notice it was running like crap and came in and...
First off.. Ada head with 185 compression. Riva red pipe. Group k bored carbs. 145 HSJ 1 /1/2 HS screw, lSJ 100 and LS screw 1turn.(idles perfect until today) I was running Boyensen RAD valves . I would get a season or two tops with those. Lasti time I put in Jetworks reeds on the boyensen valve...
