Other than the 10mm bolt holes on the 760 manifold, what issues will I have running a FPP 760 manifold on a 61X cylinder?

I've got a set of OEM 44s and 760 inatke manifold to run on my 61X BB and noticed the throttle linkage and cable mount are on the opposite end compared to the stock 38s. Didn't have a chance to mock it up yet but is the stock SJ cable long enough to reach to the other side or do I have to move...

Out of curiosity, is there a rule of thumb for transfer port size / volume to overall cylinder bore (ie, 67% to 70% exhaust opening to cylinder bore)?
