When I start my JS 550 after its been sitting for a day or so it takes quite a few cranks ( about 20 seconds or so if cranking) and when it finally turns over it spews black liquid out of the exhaust pipe. Any ideas? Running too rich or lean maybe?

So I need to replace my exhaust manifold gaskets, both the top and the side, and I have no idea what the torque specs are. Anyone have the specs by chance? Looking for the torque lbs and the sequence. Thanks again guys.
