Anybody know where to get the special tool to remove those funky exterior panel bolts? they're not a normal Torx bit. i tried google with no success. My Matco guy even shrugged his shoulders.

I'm in the process of setting up RRP steering on an xmetal adjustable pole. My question is about the lower plate. It seems the center pivot hole is smaller on the pole than the rrp piece that would slide into said hole. I'm making sure I'm looking at this correctly and not over thinking it...
