Running my 1992 61x 701 superjet over the week of the 4th. It ran perfect the first weekend and then a mid-week day. Then friday when riding it after about an hour and a half i fell off and it would not start back up. Could smell fuel coming out the exhaust so i know its not a fuel issue. So...

Is it just my hood or do most square nose yamaha's have a small problem with dumping a lot of water into the hull through the hood vents? Any ideas on how to remedy this problem?

I am swapping my old 650 motor for a new 61X 701 motor. I have the 650 coffman's pipe. Do i just take a dremel to the manifold and match the exhaust inlets on the manifold to the outlets on the motor? OR is there a better way of doing it?

My cousin is running the above ski, and recently has run into a problem with gas pooling up in his intake manifold and flooding the machine out so it will not start unless you take the manifold off and dry it out and re-install. Do any of you guys have an idea of what can cause this?

Where would a person find a new nose loop fitting? The ski i just bought is missing this.
