I couldnt keep my steering tight until I finally used Green Locktite. So I made a lock nut which should do the trick ( havent tested it yet). I may offer these for sale if they work at about 15$ a nut I didnt put flats on it, because You dont need to crank the nut tight, just snug it up...

My ADA head is on its way, and Im just wondering if I can just cut the wires off flush at the box? Or should I leave them an inch long or so, and cap/seal the open wires.

Today, I was riding, and my steering kept getting loose. So after I was done, I pulled it apart. The top Big bearing was fine, but when I got to the bottom thrust bearing, there were only cases, no bearings :cool2: Is this a common problem, the steering on this thing is almost new:bigeyes...

Ok, Im having a hard time deciding on this. Im getting an ADA girdled head. I want to run Pump Gas! Im told 35 cc is the way to go, but im worried about 93 octance and it not being enough. 37 cc domes, Im told is not much less power wise than the 35's? So IDK make up my mind for...
