Can anyone identify a whistle noise coming from my ski? It was just built and I don't know if it's "normal". It only does it in the water while under load. Seems like it's coming from the tray area, either the exhaust or mid shaft to the pump somewhere, but not 100% sure. Are the RRP tubes known...

I have a 701 that is constantly taking in small amounts of water into the flywheel cover, Every few weeks I pull the cover and a 1/2 oz of water spills out along with a black sludge sprayed from the bendix area. The flywheel and bendix are rusting up too. I'm on my 4th bendix in as many months...
