my right side fit best, but the hole sdidnt line u at all, so therefore it fit kinda crappy. the back edge has a gap, but filled with 5200, cant tell. The left side fit worst, but wsnt bad, but the holes lined up and it fits good after riveted down

My vrother and I installed our new style blowsion railcaps today, they look sweet. My bro's are painted to match kawi red, mine are black. They all fit good, but we had to do a little filing to get all the holes to line up. We put 3m 5200 under the caps and stuck them on, and wiped thge edges...

i just gtot my sxr home today, tore the caps and rails off, gotta do some glass work and a bit of paint, then my rub rails go on. same ones!

Do i have to pull the motor to instal a timing advance plate? I dont know if theres enough room between the tank and flywheel cover, and wanted to know. My sxr isnt home, so ive got nothing to look at. Bringin it home tomorrow

Their right. It will easily melt and possibly cause damage, I can weld and thought the same exact thing. Im tellin you, drill a hole, and get it out with an extractor. itll be a pain in the ass, but it'll come out. Be patient and careful not to strip anything any worse than it is.

no, it IS a pain. One of my motor mount bolts snapped off clean at the hull, Z out was HARD. Took me a few hours... crappy!
