I tried just tightening my bolt, but the end of the AC pole just bent in, so I went to the two bolt system and I could never keep it tight enough to hold the pole upright, and when I did it really flexed the pole mounting area and I got scared, and was too lazy to reinforce it. So I went back...

Keith has done a ton of work on my ski for me, including the pump work, it was all done in one winter so I cnnot tell you what I gained or not, but the whole package is well worth it. Keith is very good at his work and is pretty resonably priced, and his customer service is top notch.
