Yes, its a B.A.W. Had the boxed end on a nut that was reverse thread so I was pulling instead of pushing....yeah, it slipped off. I'm pretty sure one of the teeth (?) of the open end did the damage, not just getting hit by the wrench.

My encounter with a 1-7/16" wrench (pics aren't the greatest) The gash went all the way through my lip so stitches were in order. It hurts to smile!!! And I can't eat anything that I have to chew much. Stitches on your face SUCK!
