Hey, I didnt even notice that on the pole... I wouldent worry about it though. The fiberglass will break before that. Looks liek it may have been ground down to clear a different pole bracket.

He gets upset when he does not do as well as he would like. It is because he is so passonate about it. His personality is what makes him a better rider. Everyone is putting him down because of the trophy thing. It was a heat of teh moment thing.. I am sure if you asked him he would feel bad...

The top deck will need to be attached to a piece of MDF anyway to make a flange for the mold so that will hold it square.

That could work but I think the bulkhead of a square would be different. I will get it out. I have only been working on it for like an hour or two after work each day until it gets dark.

Ummm... It will be a bit more towards flatwater but have soem benefits that would help in the surf too. The ********ty part is if they dont work there goes alot of $$$$ lol. When the time comes i am going to look into some materials that will keep it light but also make it very strong...

Seems to be the bulkhead thats holding it up. I would rather not cut it up that way I have a template when it comes time to make that part... Ill mess with it a bit more... I have some pretty cool Ideas for the hull. So we will see.
