Is there some way that I could pull the intermediate housing apart an pull some of through the hull.....I have never pulled one apart so I dont know if it is possible....just a thought..

I have tried that but didnt try all that hard because of what charlie said. I have also tried using a pry bar on the intermediate housing but again it looked like I might break something

The engine is out.....I will try the hammer thing. Also I should add that I have removed this thing many times before with no troubles

Did all that. The whole thing will move up/down and side/side but will not move out...

It wont budge.......at all. I started with unbolting the intermediate housing to put a new coupler on and after removing the bolts I couldn't get it off.....so I figured the pump must go first. Well after unbolting the pump and trying to pull out the drive shaft I found it does not want to...

But I cuold have rode my ski IF I had wanted to.....all you could do is work on yours...

We also keep the beer in the tool box so we dont ever need to leave the beach. And zip ties work as good as duct tape!!!! Matt needed a ******** load of zip ties just to ride the few minutes that he did.
