Also on a sidenote we have been trying to nail down the US supplier but he does not offer all the same colors he does offer red blue and black so we could test the next product line from him. Seems like you would be a perfect person to test for us.

We have no problem doing a hose at dealer cost for anyone that had this issue. None of our skis had had this happen but none are blue. Red green purple and black don't have an issue from what I see. Also how hot are you running it?

I got it for a Kawi Dasa I have. But a dry pipe mani for a yami would work too.

Because it's not water jacketed you save a ton of weight up in the nose of the ski. Think about having a full jacket on a PFP. That's pounds of water.

Its different power. The 1100 in a blaster is still a blaster in the surf, the 35 pounds is lost in a boat like that. Its not like its an aftmarket lite hull. But a ported 800 with carbs, pipe and everything is a much different tax bracket than a stock 1100.
