    Other total loss Battery

Matt, it needs to be LiFe 4S capable. :) Remember guys, you get what you pay for. Some of the budget chargers are exactly that...........cheap. They are less accurate and in some cases, not as friendly to your expensive battery. Lithium cells are VERY voltage sensitive, and with a cheap...

    Other total loss Battery

A hobby type lithium charger is what I was referring to. Most don't want to invest in a battery plus a lithium type charger. Some of the battery companies advocating normal charger use on lithiums does not help the situation. People skimp on the charger based on this incorrect info, have...

    Other total loss Battery

These batteries are not Lipos!!!!! They are built using A123 Systems cells. They are Lithium Nanophosphate cells, a patented variation of LiFePo4 technology. These cells have been in use for years in RC applications on $10K aircraft b/c of their durability, dependability, high charge rate...

    Other total loss Battery

I'm not sure what to say here.........I don't know you and don't understand your motivations here. Since you want to play the "look at post x" game, I'll play. How about you look at post #1-"what battery is the best to use in a total loss system?". Yes, I suggested an Antigravity for total...

    Other total loss Battery

I never said it did. The cells they use are tested to over 1000 cycles (although at a lower C rating). Lead acids are not designed to be continually discharged and recharged, and likely are not warrantied either under that use. Ballistics leak, thus causing a short and over discharging the...

The anti gravities are the best I've seen. As DCPTR said, proper care and charging is a must.

    Custom/Hybrid Batteries!

Thanks Erik! Guys let me know if you have battery questions. The antigravitys are unreal! 2-3 lbs and power to spare, even for sunk skis :)

    Prop size for dasa 1100

85 is pretty std and easy to find. It's a good starting point. The magic is in the setup, and having someone that can feel what the boat needs. Getting the nice parts is easy, but the perfect tuneup/combo takes some time and work.

    Prop size for dasa 1100

14/19 will be close. Nozzle size does have a big effect, as well as compression/tune. 13/18 or 13/19 may work if it's mildly tuned, pump gas, small nozzle.

2013 Spring Carolina Beach Freeride at Freeman Park!!!

Yeah.....in NC State parks there is no electric and no generators allowed past 10 pm. We left and parked at Wally world to run the AC. It was miserable in the summer. The spring/fall rides may be more tolerable. We opted for a hotel last time that was 5-10 minutes away.

Blaster Single 44, VS single 46 VS dual 38s?

If it ain't broke don't fix it lol. With minimal mods like you list, you likely won't see much difference. I'd keep it simple unless you like to tinker, because there is magic power there IMO.

Freestyle Threebond 1211 as a base gasket?

There are plenty of Yami based motors running w/o a base gasket, including some big HP aftermarket variations.
