The rectifier was burnt out. My question now that I have the ebox back together could the exact same thing happen now? Does the battery need to be fixed/replaced or should I just try hooking it all up again? thanks Peter

If there was an overcharge condition with the battery wouldnt the battery read a higher voltage reading with a multimeter?

I have a bad regulator in my ebox. Could this be causing the arching of my cables. I cant even hook the battery and electronics up with out arcing and wires in ebox burning? Thanks

I have a custom waterproof Ebox and it looks like there was a rubbery glue material that holds the coil in the cdi etc instead of bolting through the box to help keep it water tight. My coil has some how come lookse and I was wondering if anyone knows what I can use to glue it...
