We actually use to have a urethane type hardwood adhesive that was known as "Bubblegum". You guest it, it was like bubblegum when spreading and even worse if trying to remove a board or demoing a floor that was fairly freshly installed.
This was a brand new Superjet!!!!!!!!! Not old pinched pump seal!!!!!!!!!!!! Not saying I have not had an old used pump seal that might have had some cavitation in them.......
