like i said lot of work for what man? weld it pull the cylinder!! come on........... sell it to one of the lake/surf (thats funny in itself) guys and go get a factory pipe and ride it. more power and it dont fall off and you can work on the ski with out pulling the motor.

p.s. your topend will suffer with this setup. i will feel like the motor just stops reving up top.

there are many ways to ajust a pipe.porting,carb,motor size,prop,pump.all affect your pipe tune.if you want the most low end open only the top screw start with 3/4 of a turn and work ur way in.the rest closed. lite sizzle after 30 sec wot. then try and open the mid ajuster and c how it affects...

nothing like making the pipe correct in the 1st place . just about every person a know that has a red pipe and rides surf they all fall off at some point. now if your are on a lake and ride in cricles it may say on. i know you are looking for help with this pipe and i am not really giving you...

that should work just try not to back flop it to many times or your motor will be laying on your hood. lol

the polaris stuff just doesnt hold up very well in salt water. the parts are expensive and hard to get. the motor is so freak n heavy. the pole is about 4 inches to long so you have cut or replace that. the pump is a 140mm pump not the best pump for low end. the back half of the hull is a joke...

my 2cents. i have ridden both b.o.b.s (and own a gen 1) its a fun ski in flat water when ur board. if you want to try and travel any distance its a pain in the ass. i ride mine pretty much surf only. its fun but a hell of a work out.(if your a fat old guy anyway) the gen 2 is better but still...
