I just took my registration numbers off aswell. Left it out in the sun for a bit, they came right off. Then used a little goo gone to get the residue off. :biggthumpup:

ya, I have the black thing that holds the fire ex. not really any pad though. Mine doen'st feel like the spring does much. How hard is it to swap the springs out? I think I Want to get a better one. I know blowison and umi makes them. any preference??

whats the benifit to switching out hand pole springs? I just got a SJ and it doen'st feel like theres much of a spring at all. There isn't a pad or anything under the pole if it slams down on the hood either.
