I just rebuilt my pump on my fx1 with new bearings and seals. It does spin so freely. does it have to break in a bit?

A part was sent to me that would not work, so I was refunded full price and got to keep the part and try to make it work!! I highly recommend dealing with him, good guy.

Just bought a used 18/23 off of here. Took origional prop out and installed skat trak 18/23 once i finger tightened prop it wont spin. it does not look like its a clearence issue. Im really confused. please help.
