Just put a new msd enhancer on my 98 superjet. I have all the wires hooked up properly and the a new fuse and the battery is charged. I don't have anything. Meaning the motor won't even click. Any suggestions?

I have a Factory b pipe installed in my 1998 SJ. I also have a Jetworks flow control valve. When running the cooling lines on the water line going from the head pipe to the stinger do I run the water bypass before or after the Jetworks flow control valve?
