there are a lot of reasons that cast is difficult to work with in a race engine. im not saying it can't be fixed. but there is a reason high end racing engines in every sport of racing go to billet blocks. cast is inferior no matter what you do to it. once again not saying it can't be a good...

i rode one and didnt like it. i know im screwed up in the head. ive got a conversion ski im working on but the backup is getting front fill. 6" shorter and flat deck with some more power to tide me over while my primary is down.

small pin. the couches had small pin dual carb. benefits of the yami motor are not its displacement but the long term. means i could swap in a 701, 760, dasa 850 or whatever when one pops up. i just currently already have the 650 and i like free parts :)

i have a hard time believing there is such a thing as wrong power band. it should make more torque than a convention reed port motor, and have very sustainable high rpm power. may need to use something like a js440 axial flow pump instead of mixed flow but its all in the balance of things.

screw another vane. how about a tiny turbo? easily hit 200 hp. ;)
