I bought a new Ultra 150 in Alabama and registered it in Alabama. Al does not title ski's. Sold the Ultra to a guy in Illinois. They will not let him register it because there is no title. How does he / or I, get a title so he can register it?

Acc to the directions on the 3M 5200 I bought-7 day cure time--tooo long. There was another 3M w/a 40 minute cure time-will that be o.k. for a bilge pump? Or-how thick is the bottom of a round nose hull-98-can I run a couple of screws in bilge base and not F up my hull? Puttin bilge next...

96 SJ feels like there is some crap in pump holding it back--- coupler end that threads on the end of crank is hotter than hell 200+/- deg- coupler half on driveshaft is 83+/- degrees back of crankcase 1/2" from crankshaft 93 deg +/- WTF??? took plugs out-turns freely by hand-no odd bearing...
