I have that same pump for my Vengeance, they are nice. I have been using Maxx's pump shaft and Koyo sealed bearings. I hope you can get it resolved, nice overall set up too.

It must be binding somewhere underload. Maybe put some new pump bearings in or see if they are loose in the pump? Sweet looking pipe by the way.

Here is my set up. I changed it up a bit. I lengthened the lead and ran deutsch connectors because I screwed up my crimps on the supplied fitting. I am still in mock up stage so it may change once I drop the motor in. I will probably be able to get my cable lengths too.
