does anyone think that putting rubber grommets/washers between the bracket and fuel pump body would be a good idea to help reduce vibration?

Thanks guys. I've got it zip tied to my fuel lines which run down the side of the hull behind the f/a. Cable is not stressed once i adjust. I agree its coming from vibration. These throttle brackets just dont seem strong enough.

I am having an issue with a backfire on my 90 superjet that is only happening after trailering my ski. Its happened twice and sounds like a shotgun and I'm afraid of damaging my motor. It is an exhaust backfire that blows of my exhaust hose off. Ski runs great after the backfire and shuts off...
