Running like crap now, but all of a sudden and don't know why.

Plugs have been changed out. All the fuel lines are transparent and - not only have been blown out but show to be pumping fuel when limp/running. We'll try pulling one plug boot at a time to see how the engine runs/if on one cyl at a time.

One step up from that CVS/Ace bandage would be an AirCast such as this: http://www.betterbraces.com/aircast-airsport-ankle-brace?zmam=66553244&zmas=1&zmac=2&zmap=02MML&gclid=CIuC8vCy-7wCFRJo7AodBA4Aww It fits Adidas wrestling shoes. I don't have to wear it anymore as I'm now healed, but I'm...

    X2 - 750 conversion ski jetting ideas?

You are about the third person saying I may be too rich. Now I have a factory blaster mod pipe. I was able to get some jets online, went with 82 lows and 140 highs. Do you think I need to drop back to 120 highs? Thank you.

Looks like I won't be taking the X2 on account of space concerns and tuning issues. No problem! I'll be taking care of biznazz with the SJ!

    X2 - 750 conversion ski jetting ideas?

You're probably right. This quote from Group K explains a lot... err... nothing?? Keihin must be using the guestimate scale by my guess because tis even hard to make sense of this: This is kinda reading like small-pin motors have 38/40mm carbs, and the big pins have 33/38mm carbs. I'm...

    X2 - 750 conversion ski jetting ideas?

Hey guys, I'm working on tuning this X2-750 small pin conversion ski. Currently the only bolt-on mods are flame arresters (No pre-filters) and a JSU high-compression head. I'm currently using only the stock X2 prop which I know is going to be out-powered soon. I just want to get a little...

1987 X2 carb fuel connections cracked

Tonight was starting up my new/used ski with some friends. Noticed a slight fuel leak near the carbs. Upon inspection, the plastic hose barb had a crack and when I touched it, it fell off a little brass barb leading in/out of the carb. Theres two fuel lines with the same type of fitting and I...

    650/X-2 Should I get this 1987 x2?

I'm not really looking for a third ski. But wth. Found an excellent condition x2 fs on craigist from the original owner, who says he got it new in the late 80s. Since about 1994 the ski has been winterized and stored properly. A month ago owner restored it to running shape by draining/flushing...
