Updates.....

Final truss going on... they are framing the bathroom tomorrow. Gonna have electrical and plumbing done Saturday. Inspections on Monday, roofing guys tuesday, then spray foam insulation hopefully next week as well.

Progress....

Front wall built and ready to stand tomorrow... should have front wall, and most, if not all trusses on tomorrow!

That's a 12ft tall x 35ft long, already with osb board on it. I don't know if a few men could do it! But I don't care how it gets there. Lol

There isn't anything on top. The surface is just so smooth it shines. Like a basketball court.... so much grip shoes squeak. But it must be kept clean. If you don't keep it clean, it becomes slippery. Not a floor for the slobs or lazy! Lol

Everyone on here bitching about how slippery the floor will be. We did the same process at our ford dealership. @The Duckster has seen it. We have 6 senior master techs, and 5 lube techs working on it daily and no issues.... but we also keep our ford service shop cleaner than most BMW stores...

The concrete has been laid for months now. Driveway has the saw cuts, but no cuts in the garage.
