    HOOD HOOKS problem

    Put some aftermarket hood hooks (can't remember brand) on a 99SJ. Have stock hood and the little metal things on it. Problem is, now the hood does not seat far enough forward for the latch to work. Anyone had this problem? Suggestions? Solutions? Thaks

    to turf a chinpad

    Have a 99 SJ. If i want to turf the chin pad, is there other things i should also consider? Do i remove the padding? the stock cover? trim the plastic?. Would greatly appreciate suggestions and PHOTOS to figure out what i like best. Thanks again

    Front Exhaust install

    It's me again :frown: . Got a tee and front exhaust outlet. Gonna put dual exhaust on my 99 SJ. Have no idea what i'm doing though. Would love opinions, PHOTOS, and helpful hints anyone may have. Also, where do you get the "budget" 2" hose for this project. (and how long should it be?). Thanks...

    Front exhaust

    Is there any reason to have a dual exhaust/front exhaust other than maybe an extended tail stand? Not sure when else it would come into play. Trying to decide if it's worth the time and $$$. Thanks

    padding

    Why do some folks put padding around the edges of their ski's? I have a 99 SJ, mainly for freestyle,.What does the padding help with? some tricks i stand on the edges, will this give a better 'foothold'? ( i got BIG feet too) :biggrin: Thanks

    Have a 99 SJ and gonna shorten the pole. 2 questions. 1) What kind of epoxy should i use? 2) Aluminium or steel rivits?

    lowering bracket

    On a 99 SJ is there any reason to get a "lowered bracket" if i am going to shorten the stock pole? Other than strength, are there other benefits? Like with hood tricks or anything? And if bracket should be replaced, how much benefit with getting double hole for breathing tube?

    Pole mods

    Have a '99 SJ. Know how to shorten the pole for freestyle. The question is..... Can i put a breather tube in it? What tips can you give if any, or is this something that can only be done with an aftermarket pole? Gonna get a bracket soon, but will get a "double hole" if the tube is doable...
