i did completely empty the tank of old gas, cleaned and dried it out and then put fresh non ethanol gas in it, so quality of fuel should be good.

Hey Smoofers, When I took the carbs apart, it looked fairly clean inside. I did clean out a bit of junk but not much. The needle arm in the carbs was replaced with what came in the kit. I’ll try Quinc’s adjustments first before I tear the carbs apart for the third time!!! Lol. Thanks

Ok great, so that’s one thing I know is not hooked up wrong! Thanks for the verification. I’ll try and adjust those carb screws out 1.25 turns like you said and report back on what happens... Thanks for the advice

I attached a picture of Carb 2, i marked where the fuel lines are connected.. I believe they are correct but i’m not 100% on that.

OK. Well if you can get those two bolts out and ensure all the threads are good, I'll take it. Will have to figure out how to clean the internal chambers I guess. Let me know if that works for you.

Based on the pictures, The water jacket looks really corroded/caked in something. It might just be the angle of the pictures, so I thought I'd ask. Was this a salt water unit? Just don't want to pay for it, get it here and it not be able to work. Thanks Steve

You don't need to blast it man, don't want you to spend any time on it that you don't need. I only want to make sure it's not cracked and the jugs are in good shape so that I can use on my ski. I don't care what it looks like, I can do all the cosmetic stuff.
