Does anyone have any ideas on how to make my ski lighter besides buying a new hull or handlepole?

I have a 2002 Superjet with an ada head, 37cc domes, a factory pipe and a solas prop. All summer it's been running awesome, lots of torque and top end but now it's starting to bog and hesitate when I finger the throttle. I checked the plugs and they looked fine, does anybody have any other ideas?

So the stock bilge pump hose comes out of the hull and where is it supposed to fit into?

So I was running the cooling lines for a factory b pipe and I noticed that I have two lines coming from the hull that both pump out water. One goes to the exhaust manifold but where does the other go?

So I bought an ada head to replace the stock one and while I was removing the stock head I came across an electrical accessory that fits into the top of the stock head and not the ada. After a little research I believe it is a thermoswitch accessory? Does anybody know what this does?

Does anyone have the pro-tec wake up kit? If so how do you like it, and how does it compare to the factory b pipe and a different high compression head?
