I have all the parts to try it, just need to install them. I had a wear ring machined down to about 2" so I could just use my 08+ vane and driveshaft(2" longer than older style) on my 01 SJ. I think all I have left is figuring out what I'm going to do for mounting the exit nozzle to the hull...
Looks fun. It's been 15 yrs since I've ridden in trees. The desert can be fun, but some of the local phoenix single track is brutal. Which GPS are you using?

What motor is that? I wonder how this ski compares to the 4 stroke skis Kawi and Yamaha have in their R&D departments. Makes you wonder what stand up skis will be like 10 yrs from now if the big Two release something...
It could easily be a decade before this stuff is commonplace or affordable.

Epoxy the floors before you put a single thing in there. Wire in a 220 sub panel for Air compressor, welder, etc. Get an Air conditioner for summertime and put foam on your garage door panels to help keep it cool.
Wow!! Helmets are a good idea. Besides the impact protection, they keep you cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, and keep your head from getting sun burnt.

Good Idea.
My first attempt was just a nut welded to the top of a BK twister. then the cross bar on the bk twister fell out, which sucks since it helped position the wrench on the nut. so for the next set, I'm going to have the nut welded on a 1.25" set screw. I couldn't find dog point...
