I also prefer open mounting with spare stock CDI to hot swap on the line if needed.

We ran LPW's MS01 total loss ignition all summer with out a hiccup. (fantastic system) It's an all exposed system, so the Zeel gets soaked every ride. That Zeel ( MS01 ) is definitely waterproof, I'm not sure if the 62t is waterproof or not. It will be interesting to see how it survived your torture test.

Thank you for the kind review on the MS01. The MS01 wiring connections are in waterproof Deutsch connectors ,
The Y62T uses exposed bullets. Running that exposed is asking for trouble. If you intend to run the A02T or Y62T zeel cdi exposed?
i recommend switching to the Deutsch or weather-tite connectors. Also be aware, the A02T and Y62T warranty will be void if exposed to water.

I also forgot to mention Paul, when I sunk my ski I was actually temporarily running a stock cdi... right? ;):D

I will say, I immediately got my zeel out and set it on the dehumidifier overnight. Yesterday I drained all the fuel, etc etc. Ski started right up with a good hot spark! We'll see how it does going forward.
