Hoping this is a night and day difference in power! 46's, boyesen mani, reeds, and tnt laydown.

Dual 46s jetted at 130L 115H 21psi.
Exhaust jet 120 and stinger 2mm

Other thoughts I wonder what these 46's come jetted for? 150m 120L and only 14psi pop off? Makes me wonder if I would be better off with a lower pop off?

I just noticed the half girdle

Yeah those jets are big.. must of been safe for a high speed heavy hull with a dry pipe

I’d try the the 21 with what you got for jets and see how it’s runs/tunes first... I ran the 14 with 44’s

The carbs and intake will add a little and pipe will be more than the carbs.. so you’ll gonna notice it 4 sure....

Its a 5/6 girdle. Only one missing is that front spot (where my coffman rocket pipe used to mount to) One day when I find the girdle stud I will put it back in. :)

Updates? My dream ski and my favorite color. Trade for a mini jet boat project? Haha

She hits like a ton of bricks and then keeps on pulling. My chamber temps are probably around 110ish with almost no water going to the stinger. And the waterbox is probably only 100 degrees. So going to try a 115 jet in the manifold one of these days. I also put 8 more pool noodles inside and have a set of 701 flex fins to install.

Installed the KP steering today and wow this steering is impressive! The way you can adjust the steering stop is worth the price alone. No slop with the bearing. Went with the regular steering and no suspension. Hoping this will help with air time for my flat water flops. Just need to figure out which style of fat bars I want now.

Next on the list is to order an SJ style gas tank.

Need to add at least one mod a year to stay current.

Ordered some frog skinz for the SJ and they sent me a sample piece. So far so good after a few days riding surf.

After removing the seat from my yami powered 2020 reaper I stole this idea for the hood latch. Worked great. Much better than what I was gonna do by having a latch on each side of the hood. Thanks for the idea.

If your not wrenching at least once a year are you even a jetskier?!

Ball honed and scuff padded the cylinder, polished the ports back up, new pistons rings bearing etc. Upgraded from 37 to 35cc domes. Cleaned up the engine bay, replaced the water lines with silicone air hose, new fuel lines and filters. FCV took a shat so removed it, 2mm restrictor had sand stuck in, drilled it out to 2.75mm. Last but not least shoved some fresh noodles in her. =)

Maybe someday I will talk myself into a Big boy engine for her...

Thats cool box, but how do you blow a fuse?
I have no idea. The only time I have ever seen a fuse blow was from hooking up the battery backward. Not sure how this one blew.

Took her out to the surf on Friday with the @TheBuzzard and I need to figure out a better way to seal the hood. She lets way too much water in.

Later that day took her for a rip and after about 30 minutes of riding she slowly started losing power till she died and I had to swim her in. Fired up on the beach cart without issue then immediately died again and wouldn't turn over so figured the battery was drained.

Next morning went to start and was a grinding noise and then nothing.. wont turn over at all now even with the plugs out. Any guesses on the issue?? And should I upgrade her to a big girl engine?

How do you like the limited chamber compared to the v2 pipe? I just got a v3 and was thinking of trying it in my freak. I have a ss tnt chamber setup now.

A power valve 900+ cc engine would be a big upgrade For sure. What are you running now?
