Sorry to hear of your problem, especially on a new ski. Who did you buy it from?
The same thing happened to our carbon XFS several years ago. Rickter paid for repair and TC Freeride fixed it. The good news is you didn't cause it and it's not a crack, it's the bond line between the two half's of the ski, it's come apart. In our case they said they used the wrong epoxy at the factory.
The fix looks scary, but it's not too bad. You pull up the turf and cut two windows in the rear of the ski to gain access to the inside of the seam.

This isn't our ski, but you get the idea. Our turf wasn't cut, it was pulled up and then laid back down.

When we got the ski back, you couldn't tell it had ever been repaired. The correct epoxy (Plexus) isn't cheap, but it is tough stuff. They pry the seam apart a little and inject the epoxy and clamp it back together to dry. Then just glass in the two pieces you cut out. Our repair has held for years without issue.
Again this sucks on a new ski that is this expensive. Hope Rickter takes care of you.
