Pole spring replacement. way easier than I expected

After watching a few videos on the difficulty of replacing stock pole spring i was hesitant to try it. I installed a blowsion on a 2013 superjet.
It took maybe 15 minutes. Didn't have to cut the spring or bend it. Granted i had two people helping me line things up. Would have been very tricky alone but with help no problem. Not sure if different years are more difficult. Basically remove nut, unbolt the bolt (not all the way, enough to to remove spring) replace spring, reinstall bolt had to tap a few times with rubber mallet. make sure bolt lines up so you aren't cross threaded. replace nut. good luck

I have had help once on a spring, it was with an AC Pole. All others, been relatively easy...... Not sure why but lately all I see is "How hard a spring is to install".....

Your description is spot on. I would stick a 1/4" deep well socket in the opposite side to keep pole aligned!

Good Job.

I had to use a ratchet strap to pull the bolt into alignment with the hole because the spring was trying to hard to put the bolt towards the nose of the ski. I would tap the bolt with a mallet, check alignment, ratchet the bolt into position (or release it, depending on alignment) and repeat that process over and over. Took me a while. It definetely depends on the strength and/or initial pressure (how much spring engagement when the pole is up all the way) of the spring. Glad it was easy for you! That's great.
