Where to get Thicker Mikuni Check Valves

Don't have access to the kidney valves any more. I didn't plug the drilled side hole, didn't seem to matter which hole the fuel would flow in, as long as it wasn't the original.

If understood correctly, I need to drill the new passage (red line), make a new hole from the top part, and block the middle top hole above the check valve (but not to cover the inside passage).
What about the existing passage at the bottom, which is blocked from the side
(blue line )? Can be left as it is?
Am I missing something?

This is from my dual Novi 48, which is installed on a Limited Sxr 800. With 2.5 Needle and seat and 115g springs at 19 psi pop off the fuel is still dribbling. Needle and seats are new and not leaking (pump tested hold 19 psi).

Before going through all of that are you 100% positive everything is aligned as perfect as you can get it and don’t have a vent driveshaft , I went through this quite a lot the last couple years with big carbs and strokers every scenario It ended up being something other than the carbs , that and to low of idle will cause dribbling
