What i've heard is that they made them this way b/c these models are more for racing. High speeds you dont want a bunch of throw in your steering.... someone correct me if i'm wrong though. Hated the steering on mine, installed schmitys cable/bracket along with a CF steering plate this past...

My 12 rides great... haven't noticed this wobble. I just cut the rideplate flush this winter and haven't ridden it yet so i'm not sure what that will do but we'll see. No problems so far.

Haa, i used foil as well... seemed to work good enough. Just the actual turf a hair bigger than my foil and then trimmed down during numerous dry fits... Its like everyone says time consuming and tedious to get right.

PM schmity, he'll email u a set of instructions. You'll have to grind out a decent amount of metal where the cable comes out of the handle pole or else it might rub. And dont screw up where you drill, we were off by just a hair and it was a pain in the ass.

Ya i just did the same thing, huge pain. I just cut them off and then used a utility blade to get it close.

Snagged me a pair of these in the brown. Been wearing them a little to try and help break them in before a full day of use. Do yall wear socks or just roll barefoot with these????

Well fellas its fiiiiiinally done, haha. Took me a while to get things done b/c i didnt have a chance to spend a whole wknd working on it and turns out turf really does take a long time to try and do right. For doing turf for the first time i think overall it came out pretty dang good.

No kidding, next time i sell anything on craigslist i'm gonna use that kind of advertising, haha.

Ya i'm just to the point of getting my padding down too. Didnt pad as much as yours tho, also i used the gray pad. Hopefully it doesn't wear thin real fast, heard that plush padding is better for that. I know my cut diamond def got real maleable to flex into my curves, must suck w/ that smooth...

I just put a set of bob holds in my 2012, haven't gotten to ride it yet so i cant say how i feel about them but i bet theyll be great. The amount the tray is widen is awesome.
