I talked to the groupk guys and they said a modded 650 only puts out 10-15 hp less than a modded 701? Why so important for a 701 than?

Unless someone give me a mad deal on a 701 I can't afford to pay 700 for one

Hey guys I got a 90 sn and wanna turn it into a freestyle machine. Has prop rideplate and grate. I was thinking of having group k do there sleeper on my 650 cuz I don't have the money for a 701. And I wanna keep the 650 anyways. Is there any other porting that would be better than a sleeper kit...
