Obviously. Anything can be used as a filler. And there are many different methods and products. Bondo should never be used on anything that will go in the water as it draws moisture. A marine grade bondo would be suitable for a boat, maybe even a sit down jet ski, but not for a stand up...

Personally I wouldn't put any filler on it at all. The only way you could do it right is with fiberglass. But that's gonna be a royal pain in the a**.

I believe it was 90-95. They were plastic. The roundies are all fiberglass top decks.

And they don't look like that because of "20+ years of service." Fiberglass doesn't come out straight when it's popped out of the mold. Top of the line race skis aren't even straight....but my opinion of straight is probably different than yours. I'm a car guy and I notice every little imperfection.

Don't do it. There will be so much filler in the low spots. There's a chance it'll crack out if you're not completing tricks.
