I didn't have to shim it, but mine was a WDK.

I didn't use the original holes. Make new holes, most important is where the shoe fits correctly.

^^Yeah, the bearing doesn't last long if you press them in the Solas.

5mph? What prop did you have in there before? 59mph with just a decked head?

Drop the shoe down a bit to line up with the bottom of the hull. That would be better.

Blaster what options for nozzle, pump and impeller

Any top loader grates are better than the open grate for hooking up. And you can use solas or skat props on the stock pumps.

B1 aluminum pump shoe! Perfect fit!

Yes, I see now. Very good points. The way to go about it would be a bigger tunnel that will fit a B2 shoe without boring. And I don't see that much room in the B1 to do that. Hmmmmmmmmmm...thanks

B1 aluminum pump shoe! Perfect fit!

It's for a B1. I have a yamaha 1100 in there and want to use the 155 pump. B2 has them, but they're plastic.

Do you have any yamaha 155mm aluminum pump shoes or know someone that makes them besides Waterdawg Kustoms?

If you're spinning out, you need to lean over harder. Dig it in and keep weight and the rear foot for the pump to stay hook.
