    Superjet trim setup/adjustment

I think this is a thrust trim. I have this on my TrixStar as well. I attach a photo of the setup. The red hose is there because I did not have the appropriate rounded bolt for the pump. While it seems to have a little slack when you pull the lever with the pump off, there is quite a bit of...

    throttle shaft nut size ??

Does anyone know the throttle shaft nut size for Mikuni carbs? This is the nut that keeps the throttle wheel tightly in place. I'm working on a new build and don't seem to have it. Or maybe the garage gremlins ate it. Anyways, I tried various ones I have in my box, but they didn't seem to fit.

Build of X1-C hull from Performance Jet Worx

Yes they were just driven into the hull. I recall that the holes were pre-drilled but my memory is foggy now.

Sorry I don't have the picture right now. There is one screw on top and two screws on either side underneath. I had to grind the nose piece some to fit my pole bracket.

Build of X1-C hull from Performance Jet Worx

On my side, I haven't ridden another hull besides a superjet so haven't been able to give a real comparative review. Of course the ride is substantially different than the superjet. I have been happy with the ride.

Build of X1-C hull from Performance Jet Worx

@barrie gunn Thank you for the recommendations. When I took off my old pump from the original build, I realized that my extra wear ring had been machined down about 8mm and still I had to widen the wholes a bit to get it to fit well. No room for any kind of a pump seal. I'm thinking of grinding...

Build of X1-C hull from Performance Jet Worx

Ugh, I forgot about the machining of the additional wear ring for my new build. @barrie gunn did you get yours machined by Larry? Did you install it with a pump seal or just with sealant? Also I assume you got the wear ring with the plastic liner?

I've been waiting for the TNT pipe so I haven't made much progress other than teardown this past weekend of everything except the pole. @barrie gunn I recall you have a power factor pipe? How are you mounting it?

Build of X1-C hull from Performance Jet Worx

I started the process of rebuilding my ski over the weekend. For reference, here is my b-pipe setup with the stock waterbox. I changed out the 45 degree coupler from pipe to waterbox with an equivalent 90 degree coupler. Also had to change the output coupler and cobble my own exhaust tube...

This drone footage is really amazing. I took a bunch of different gopro videos with the gopro attached to the head, ski, etc. but doesn't compare! Great job on editing as well.

Yep that's true, I just used 5200. I guess the grinding is for the rubber seal then? I bought the machined midshaft from Larry and pressed it myself. Everything fit together well. We'll see now that I'm taking the current setup apart.

Also a couple other points. That small peg just pops out. Also, I did not setup my wear ring with extended bolts, rather I just connected bolted it to the hull.
