@Quinc yes you can ride Florence or if you want bigger dunes coos bay which also multiple surf spots and doesn't get as blown out. Florence seems to get windy after 12. Lots of camping. If you head north post up.

No the pump mounting location or bolt inserts stay the same. No grinding there.

I'll answer your questions but I'd start a new thread for your build and get them answered there. Don't want to muck up this build thread. Sounds like the pump from thrust is different and will fit without the tunnel modifications. The one carter sells you will use a 155 stock pump or...

It's always good to check the alignment of the shaft when installing a pump or shoe. If it's off you'll eat bearings in the midshaft and loose power since it's binding. Installing that tunnel is a decent amount of work I've done it. I used the alignment tool to double-check everything.

CarterB sells a 155 tunnel for them. It's cut and glass in. The stock tunnel doesn't have the volume.

I may have some can check in a couple of hours. I know I have an aftermarket ride plate and intake for WB1.

I have a couple of stock WB1 water boxes I can check and see what shipping would run to your location if you PM me your address. They pretty heavy and large so might not be doable.

JM makes a WB1 box that goes in stock location. What is your budget?
