Haven't been on in a while. It is cheaper then buying a new hull and adding the reinforcements the aftermarket hulls need anyway. I think I have 2500(topdeck hood side exhaust) in parts including 2 part foam, carbon fiber and epoxy resin. It is way stronger then anything you could buy.

Completely Custom Sn surf ski build

Looks good, would have been nice if there was a way to remove the foam from the inside of those gunwales and poured lighter weight foam as far as you could. Major weight savings at no expense to strength. You plan on doing a new insert in your hood and covering the old holes? I did that before I...

I have a fuel selector, bars with grips, intake for duel 38s (would send the carbs if they worked, which they don't, no thanks to someone I would like to mention.) and the stock arrestor for the dual 38s. I will see what else I have. Sorry to hear about Louie. Where do you want me to send this stuff.

Thanks goodg , Sergios stuff is the best, I am going to go with his handpole to compliment the nose piece. The hood system doesn't leak at all. Couldn't be happier with his stuff.

Thanks, I am amazed how light it feels. And it handles so much better than the Squarenose. I am looking forward to an aftermarket handpole. Are you still planning to come to Daytona?

Here are some more pics. I am going to go with the XFT Carbon Fiber handpole. Will be ordering soon. The Power Bomb definitely is an improvement over a stock 44.

X2 Mike was telling me about your setup. I was going to go with the Air Time intake manifold but Todd went ahead and hogged out the Riva one. May have to wait a week or so until it warms up a little to ride. Do you know the jetting and pop off on your carb.

Yes and it floats! Broke the motor in and the carb adaptor flange on the Riva Junk I mean Riva Bomb so I will go with the Novi 48 as the motor builder wants on his engine anyway. I beat on it pretty good the last time I rode and it held up well. The hood is amazing, subs and more sublandings and...

    Square 2 XFT Conversion

Thanks, I broke the engine in last weekend and it ran great until the Riva Bomb flame arrestor broke off my 48mm RivaBomb carb. I think it was because of the Wamiltons F/A adaptor. I used the adaptor because I was always getting water in the engine compartment but with this new hood I went...

Thanks, It is kind of cool how you can take an old ski nobody wants and make it into something everybody wants. I wish it was summer like it is for you guys. If I do it again I would do it the same way.

It will be a single carb 62 T 760 with a 61X cylinder, lightened Hot Rods crank and lightened stock flywheel that has been ported for freestyle. Here are some pics. I am hoping to fire it up Wednesday. I have an Impros Hooker prop for it. I am actually waiting on my second Advent replacement. I...

My bad, I see it on the front side. I should have done two scuppers on mine as well. That 3 inch tube is pretty good on the XFT scupper.

Yes I think you can, Sergio asked me what kind of pole I was using and told RRP because the XFT bracket has special bushings like the RRP. Did you sell your ski yet? I saw your post. Don't worry you can always build another one.

Turfed it and installed all of the hardware. Off to TLR Performance to install the engine in the morning. Don't have the money for an RRP handpole just yet so I will use the stocker until then, hopefully it won't break.

I don't think I have ever seen a black octane before. That will look good with whatever color turf you go with. I had no idea the bondline was the same on a Polaris as a Superjet. I would recommend an XFT 3" scupper and Rear side exhaust if it is not to late. Looking sweet!!
