Yeah, old thread, I figured it out, been a while 137.5 main, 80 low, 1.5 needle, 95g spring I think is where I ended up, ski's not local right now, written on underside of hood

I have a buddy who relines them to like new, you can sent him your pump or do an exchange, he only does the liner, any stator fin damage is not repaired, swapped pump would have equal damage +/- a bit to what you supply as a core, unless you want your original pump back which might have a longer...

Regular spark plug socket, just looked the plug again, and it's cracked 180 apart, going with bad fuel.

Sure it could be, but I've had this engine combo for 3 years without an issue like this. Always have run super, 1 oz klotz booster per gallon to keep the fuel fresh. Any other thing that I should be looking for? Stock ignition, maybe a colder plug? Or should I change back to the oem head...

These plugs have about 30 gallons of fuel on them, this engine is over 3 years old and I have never had a problem like this before.

Went to ride my SJ yesterday and it had a terrible miss. Ran great last weekend, So I decide to change the plugs and found that both plugs cracked from the nut to the terminal. No crazy set-up b-pipe, pro-tec head, 175 psi, single 46. Anyone have any ideas?
