    Lightweight hull manufacturers

I read this somewhere, I don't remeber where. When you choose a lightweight hull there are 3 main points: Strength Weight Cost You can have any 2 of those together. If you have an extremely light hull, that is very strong, its not going to be cheap Likewise, A very light, low cost...

Boosting Octane, anyone ever try this?

Toluene is great for getting the glue residue of your ski when doing mats. The problem with 'most' octane boosters is they are not guarenteed to work everytime. For example, if you boost 97ron fuel to about 99, most of the time you will get 99 some of the time it will do nothing. If your...

    Porting 701 engine

For low end the ports are wider for top end they are higher. It is possible to get bottom end back on a race cylinder with the likes of water injection. Most builders port differently, talk to a builder with your requirements. I personnaly prefer an engine that accelerates quickly rather than...

    Lightweight hull manufacturers

I don't know the full story with WD, and to be honest don't want to. But why does everyone think it is there personal mission in life to rip this guy apart everytime his products are mentioned. A lot of people seem to have been ripped off or had to wait forever to get his stuff. The majority of...

    Question about stripped bolt

Pull the engine and take it out till your ready to repair it. Its only 4 engine mount bolts, you'll be kicking yourself if it wears through your hull. In fact its probably a good idea to repair it straight away. I'm sure if the crankcase only needed 11 or 14 bolts it would come like that. Stu

    What would you do?

If I knew before the comp, I would tell the rider who was cheating to follow the rules and make sure they are legal. After the comp I would give the rider the option to come clean and admit to cheating, If they didn't then I would protest. The rules are there to be followed and there is no room...

I'm too scared to do a superman

lol, I had loads of trouble learning this trick, bruised shins, split chin. I eventually learnt to do it by first doing a can can out to the side, I kept doing this until I got used to the sensation of hanging of the back of the ski. It hurts a lot less if you get it wrong when your legs are...
