what do u use to get the nut off then?

I am taking the pump off my sxi to replace the steer cable and I am wondering if there is anything that is worth while putting on the ski to give it a little more umph without doing a whole lot of work. any suggestions would be appreciated.

so i just installed a factory pipe on my 750sx, also did a oil injection delete, and now it wont idle. I am mixing the gas 50:1. I jetted the carbs and set the low and high screws the way factory wants them. I had my hood setting behind it at one point and the water coming from the exhaust was...

I just installed a factory pipe on my 750sx and when i run it out of water with a hose attached water gets in the manifold and in my crank case, can you not run a factory pipe out of water with out the inlet driping back into the manifold or might it be a gasket issue?

I ordered new jets and a rebuild kit. so i can get a cheaper arrestor then k&n and not worry about it

Just installed a used factory pipe on my 94 750sx and now it won't idle, would not having the riught jetting cause this? also since the stock arrestor/airbox won't fit any more any one have suggestions on what I should use instead?

check to make sure you are getting voltage at your starter when you hit the start button. if you do then its something internally in the starter. I have had to rip mine apart twice on my 94. the copper bar that goes to the brushes was snaped both times.

ok, so now I took the bar covers off and I am attempting to upholstery them to no avail. I have tried weldwood contact cement and loctite 300 spray adhesive but niether of them held well enough to keep the vinyl tight around the corners. I might be doing something wrong aswell, any ideas?

just got it done, ill up load some pictures tomorrow, didn't get it very smooth cause i got impatient but it beats spending $60+ on a used one and you learn a little something from it=D
