The PHP intake I only used for one season. Has some marks on the face that I think is from using an impact to remove the bolts. Other than that they are good. The 46s look like they have been modified. Can't remember what jets are in them but I did rebuild them 2-3 years ago. Can get pics of...

I think its the last weekend in August this year.

I am running a limited slip 4.7 with battery tray gas tank in mine and it fit just fine. I cant help you with the hood latch but I am using just a hood strap and have not had any issues.
