Whipped up this carbon inlay for the head. Even the holes land center in the checker pattern, sometimes you just get lucky.

Im going to sell this one for $150. In grand haven. Tires hold air, but are a little low. Stored inside.

You get results from both case and cylinder in leak down test. Like jc said, if it runs good, idles good, its prolly good. To do a thorough leak test, you need to pull motor, flywheel, stator, carbs, exhaust, make sealing plates for intake and exhaust, then pressurize 7psi thru pulse nipple...

Run it. Prolly last another 15 years.

That stuff is expensive for what you get. That is nothing more than west epoxy with slow cure hardener pre thickened with cabosil. Just mix it yourself, put it in the corner of a zip lock bag and save yourself a bunch of money.

If you get some made, id be a buyer on half dozen...

It helps soften it up a bit, but is not a magic 5200 debonder. Still is a pain scrapping it off or removing whatever is glued down. I had to take a swim platform off a yacht that had a gallon of 5200 on it, id let it soak and apply pressure and eventually got it off. A hot putty blade helped...
